We have certainly had a busy last couple of weeks in Brno. We're officially (almost) all packed, have all our documents printed, and are ready to hit the road. Tomorrow will be a day for cleaning and saying goodbye to friends. Certainly a bittersweet day. I have no doubt that we're going to miss Brno and the friendships that we've made here. It's like a 3rd home now (after New Phila/Saline, Columbus). But we're excited to see everyone and eat some good American chow too.
So here goes.. a final go in Brno.
Beginning of the Theater Day festivities. Theater Day is an event that takes place in Namesti Svobody that honors all the different theater houses in Brno.
Giant dragon heads adorned by a cupid-type character from one company.
This was by far the best and most well-liked company. They had a series of girls dressed in American-style bathing suits and they were either carrying American flags/banners or riding on the back of Harleys. MURICA!
Ben and I with one of the actors from a company
A little swan-- curtsying for the picture.
Yet another company. Each company had a chance to go onstage and do a mini-performance to one Beetles song.

Awesome sand sculptures in Namesti Svobody
One day Ben and I went exploring through Brno and found this long bridge that overlooked a train depot.
This is one of the smaller train stations in Brno. It's crazy to see how advanced European railways are compared to those in the US
Another shot of all the tracks.
Under the bridge, on the tracks of Brno Maloměřice
Looking up at Petrov and St. Peter and Paul Cathedral
Enjoying another afternoon in the city
Looking down the street to the Red Church (only Protestant church in the center of Brno)
Stairs leading out of Luzanky Park up to Villa Tugendhat
A day with nature. This is Cinda, Eva's dog :)
