The Punkva Caves are part of the Moravian Karst located in the Czech Republic. The Caves were a completely amazing sight to see; unfortunately, you had to pay to take pictures inside (so you'll have to ask Perry and Vickie for those), but i was able to get some shots of the beautiful nature surrounding the Caves.
We walked from the main tourist center to the entrance of the caves (about 2km) and got to enjoy this wonderful view along the way.
Perry-- the true photographer of the trip
Small caves that you could see along the walk out there. Of course dad is going up to explore.
The pictures really can't capture how clear the water was. One strange thing... we never saw a fish.
Ben and I standing above the abyss. Notice that I'm not too close to the edge.
Vickie and Perry enjoying the view.
Mom and Dad standing over the Abyss.
Looking down into the Abyss. Again, this picture doesn't clearly show the depth or beauty of this place.
Well, there you have it for part 2 of this installment. Part 3 is soon to come :)
The caves and the abyss was amazing. Even the walk through the woods was incredible. Felt like Hanzel and Gretel!
